PROPERTY MANAGEMENT AND ASSISTANCE
We speak fluent French, Italian and of course English.
We specialise in dealing with every aspect concerning your property on the French Riviera.
KEYHOLDING
In conjunction with our Changeover services* see below
• Keeping the keys to your property secure.
• A monthly visit to your property to check on security and to see that everything is in working order.
• Mail collection and forwarding if necessary.
• Being present for any builders or tradesmen required for general maintenance and for any delivery of goods.

What we offer
• We will meet and greet your guests on check in at the property.
• We can supply a basic welcome grocery pack.
• An inventory check and visit of the property.
• We are on call during office hours throughout the rental duration, for assistance or advice. *
• We provide maps, practical local guides and activity brochures.
• We arrange general cleaning before and after each rental period.
• We can provide extra cleaning during the rental period
• We use the linens, towels & bathmats that you provide and offer your guests one laundered set of linens per bed, & one laundered set of two towels per person, per rental).
(Extra laundered linens and towels on request at a small charge.)
To allow for quick changeovers, we ask that you provide a minimum of double the quantity of bed linen and towels.
• We will be available at checking out time.
The changeover day can be flexible. However for same day changeovers, it is requested that guest’s checkout no later than 10am and new arrivals check in from 4pm to allow sufficient time for the property to be prepared for the following guest.

Property Preparation and Periodic dry cleaning
Before you or your guests arrive at the start of the season, we can arrange for:
An inspection of the property and, with your approval, to arrange for any maintenance or repair work to be done.
A thorough spring clean of the property.
Dry cleaning of curtains, carpets, bed covers and mattress protectors.
All utilities to be switched on and checked.
An inventory to be prepared if you require one, and fully checked.
Any household items that need to be purchased.
Cleaning products for your tenants throughout the season.
PROPERTY ASSISTANCE

• Administration: Syndic meetings for personal representation and reports.
• Property Inventory lists.
• Bilingual assistance: Interpreting and translation of letters, official documents, banking etc.
• Invoice payment/management: Electricity, gas, telephone, taxes etc.
• Home and vehicle insurance.
• Tax administration and all personal assistance services.
• Home contract services including: Internet and Satellite connections, gardening etc.
• Dealing with general repairs and odd jobs.
• Contact and quotes regarding tradesmen: Plumbers, electricians, painters, decorators etc.
• Overseeing of repair work with a progress report.
• Receiving of goods, ordering, delivery, assembly and installation etc.
