We are a management and personal assistance company for owners of property on the French Riviera.

When we first came to this lovely region of France in the 1990's, we encountered several problems in finding reliable help and assistance from a property management company who we could above all trust.  We also wanted them to be friendly and helpful and considerate to our many needs.

It had to be someone who spoke the language fluently, and who could assist us with providing all the necessary services, so that we could enjoy a smooth, trouble free stay during the time that we were here.

We also wanted an efficient rental and maintenance service for our property while we were away.

Out of this our company In the Cannes French Property Services came into being.

We have set up our company to help you with every aspect of servicing and maintaining your property in your absence, here on the Cote d'Azur.
